New Forum Organization
Considering the fact that we have a new constitution, I recommend we perform a semi-overhaul of the forums and its topics to fit with the new Constitution. Number of dashes indicates whether it's a separate subforum or within the one placed directly above it.
The General Forum would contain:
-Welcome Thread and Citizenship Applications
-General Forum
--Debate Board
--Spam Games
--Roleplaying
The Forbidden City would contain:
-Palace of Beijing (Whole subforum is private, can be accessed by all citizens)
--People's Legislative Assembly
--Supreme People's Politburo (Private, can be accessed by higher government officials)
--People's Judicial Court
--Political Parties
-Barracks of Bangkok (For our Armed WA forces, when we get them; Private, can be accessed by Army Members)
-Embassy of Busan
--Consulates
---(Insert all regions whose requests for a consulate were approved)
-Great Hall of Delhi (WA stuff)
--Security Council
--General Assembly
Help and Technical would contain:
-Factories of Canton (Technical Help)
-Quarters of Calcutta (Private, Moderator discussion)
-Library of Saigon (Archives)

Re: New Forum Organization
I am like. Only change I would make: Of yet we do not have a dire need for debate boards separate from spam games. Perhaps a more general "lounge" section, with future plans to subdivide it if it becomes an issue.
I understand the want to have everything neat and orderly and get it all in one overhaul, but at the same time we don't want to subdivide it so much that half the sections are empty.

The faster this is done, the better, Sari, as I can have laws to put in place the backbone of the Politburo and the Judicial System as soon as we get a forum for the PLA.

Since there is something of a time sensitivity here, I'm going to step up and *try* to fix at least the PLA problem. Pleased to be securing valuables and holding onto hats and glasses. This may blow up in my face.

Re: New Forum Organization
Okay, so here is where we now stand:
The general board has been overhauled and reshuffled. There are now distinct sections for new arrivals, general discussion/spam games, and roleplaying.
The WA debate hall has been moved to the newly repurposed Great Hall of Delhi and renamed the GA debate hall. An SC sub forum has also been added.
The Supreme People's Politburo has been renamed the PLA. Future renovations to the Palace of Beijing will happen as soon as there is an overhaul of the permissions system.
I am waiting on the other things partly because I need to sleep now, but more because a large percentage of those will require a change to permissions which does not seem obvious and easy on the admin panel to a somewhat tech impaired person such as myself.

Re: New Forum Organization
There's a problem; the Great Hall of Delhi says that it's for WA and interregional affairs, when the Embassy of Busan is where interregional affairs go. If you can edit it to say just WA affairs, that would be great; also, there's a few things that still need to be moved around a bit to do this.

This isn't actually the right place to ask, you're supposed to go to to the introduction forums for that. It's OK, though, as you appear to be new. We all remember that awkward stage of our NS careers.alpha346585 wrote:Hello i am the new ambassador From The East Pacific. what do i need to do?
